I am on-location photographer based in Turlock, CA. I would describe myself as a lifestyle photographer. The best images are captured when everyone is relaxed and enjoying each other. Moments like this are my specialty.

Please stop by the blog to stay up to date on all our recent happenings. These will include sneak peeks of recent session, as well as, any current specials. You can also use the above link to check out my website.

CUPS Performs the Story of Joseph

The dancers from Westside Ministries’ dance program, CUPS, put on a great performance last weekend.  This is a group of very talented dancers.

Westside Ministries is a group in Turlock that ministers to the people of the Westside.  The programs benefit everyone, especially children.  Twice a year they put on a show and it is completely free to the community.  If you are available, it is totally worth your time.

I am fortunate to be able to photograph for them.  Here is a sampling of the show.

The Beautiful Day ~ Turlock Wedding Photographer

Back in the fall, I blogged an engagement session.  The couple was so cute and they even brought along their canine-child.  Well, the day of the wedding arrived and I was honored to be able to photograph it along with my great friend, Michelle Skubic.  What a great day!  We started early and ended late.  Every aspect of the wedding was beautiful.  The bride and groom were so amazing!  Their families and wedding party were equally as nice and fun.  The entire day went off without a hitch.

So to Ashleigh and Drew, We wish you much happiness and a life filled with love and adventure.  Thank you for allowing us to share your day with you.

Baby A ~ Turlock Family Photographer

This session was to take pictures of the new addition to the S family.  Baby A looks just like his big sister, but with completely different coloring.  He was such doll.  His sister was so good with him and was a complete pro in front of the camera.

Miss M ~ Lovely in Yellow

I have a hard time coming up with what to say for Miss M.  I first met her 13 years ago.  I remember her first day of kindergarten and the case of chicken pox she got when she was 4.  I am glad I was able to photograph the beautiful young lady she has become.

The E-Man Turns 9

I am pretty sure the next time one of my children has a birthday, I am hiring a photographer.  I stand behind my assessment that photographer’s children are the hardest to photograph.  My middle son gave me a run for my money yesterday.  In the end, I prevailed and have some images I love.  They definitely reflect his personality.

Starting the Next Chapter ~ Turlock Senior Photographer

This was another great session in the warmth of April.  We had an easy session of hiking a praticing our best “Zoolander” faces.  It is never dull with this guy.

The P Family ~ Turlock Family Photographer

During those few days when it was actually warm outside, I was able to get in a few sessions.  The first one was the P family.  I cannot wait to meet their new baby.  He will arrive sometime in July.

We Missed the Bloom ~ Modesto Family Photographer

Well, the bloom was late this year.  When if finally started, it went pretty fast.  To make matters worse, it rained off and on.  That made for a green orchard instead of a white one.  Of course, a white orchard would have been fun, but I am happy with our results.  This family was very kind and the youngest had us all cracking up.  We can always hope for the bloom next year.

Preparing for the Next Stage ~ Turlock Senior Photographer

Since I often photograph small children, it is always a pleasure to deal with  “big” people.  I can actaully have conversation with them.  We can chat about future goals and what is going in in life.  E and A did not disappoint.  They we troopers as we hiked through the tall weeds in the heat of the day.  Thankfully, we did not see any snakes.

Big D ~ First Birthday Celebration

I cannot believe Big D is actually one!  A year ago this month, I was able to photograph his birth.  It has been such a joy to watch him grow over the last year.

Happy Birthday, D!
