Sunday was a great day for taking senior pictures! It was sunny, warm and the sky was nice and clear. I love how spring is coming out everywhere. Knights Ferry did not disappoint. I was able to meet Spencer up there and shoot for a couple of hours. We had such a great time. I was amazed at her ability to walk in super high heels and not trip even once. I tripped and I was wearing Keens.
Thanks for the laughs, Spencer. I enjoyed spending the afternoon with you and your mom.
Baby number two is on the way and baby number one is turning two. That makes for a great time to take family pictures! This past week, I did just that for a family anxiously waiting for a new brother or sister to arrive. Miss M is so happy and sweet, I cannot wait to see her be a big sister.

To say that I have neglected my blog would be an understatement! The winter months always bring the challenge of trying to balance business and family. Along the way, something has to give. Unfortunately, that something was my blog. Over the next few days, I will be catching up and posting from my sessions this winter. I am also updating and modifying the format of my blog. What a beautiful day it was when we photographed this gorgeous couple! As we walked around they humored us every time we asked them to walk up a hill or down a hillside. It did not matter that she had on heels or that he had no traction! They simply smiled and continued on! Thanks to their adventurous spirits, we were able to capture some great images. I cannot wait for the wedding day. This will be an amazingly beautiful bride.
